folio 65, &c., and therein described. (2). To the deed of con-
veyance of the same property from Eli Johnson and wife, to
the said trustees of the Western Chapel, in the city of Balti-
more, dated the twenty-eighth day of September, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-four, and recorded among said land records in
Liber J. B., No. 1523, folio 71, &c., and therein described.

Forty- second. To the holding by the coporate board of finance
of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church South, of Baltimore city, for any and all purposes
that the said corporation may deem proper of the lot or parcel
of ground on the southeast corner of Ostend street and Mar-
shall avenue, in the city of Baltimore, running thirty-three feet
east on Ostend street; thence south ninety-five feet to the south
side of an alley ten feet wide, which by indenture dated the
twenty-eighth day of May, in the year eighteen hundred and
ninety-five, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
city, in Liber J. B., No. 1562, folio 181, &c., was granted and
conveyed to the said body corporate by Charles Shipley and
wife.

Forty-third. To a deed from Henry P. Arnold and wife to
the trustees of the Otterbein Chapel of the Church of the
United Brethren in Christ, in the city of Baltimore dated the
twenty sixth day of December, eighteen hundred and ninety-
five, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber R. O., No. 1596, folio 29, and to the grant therein con-
tained and set forth.

Forty-fourth. To the sale and grant by the Baltimore
Bicknr Cholin Hebrew Friendship Congregation to the Russian
Congregation B'nai Israel of Baltimore city, of the leasehold
property on the westernmost side of Exeter street near Fayette
street, in the city of Baltimore, mentioned and described in a
deed from the said Baltimore Bickur Cholin Hebrew Friend-
ship Congregation to the said Russian Congregation B'nai
Israel of Baltimore city, dated the eleventh day of July, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-eight, and recorded among the Lane
Records of Baltimore city in Liber F. A. P. No. 816, folio
305, &c.

Forty-fifth. To the sale and grant by William Brockmeyer
to the Baltimore Bickur Cholin Hebrew Friendship Congrega-
tion of the leasehold property on the westernmost side of
Exeter street near Fayette street in the city of Baltimore, men
tioned and described in the deed from the said William Brock
meyer, to the said Baltimore Bickur Cholin Hebrew Friendship
