tion.

Twenty- Fourth. To the following bequests contained in the
will of Frederick Wyand. late of Washington county, deceased,
admitted to probate on the fourteenth day of January, eighteen
hundred and ninety-six, by the Orphans' Court for said county,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills thereof,
namely: First. The sum of five hundred dollars to the trustees
of the United Brethren Church; second, two shares of the
stock of Fairview Cemetery Company to the board of trustees
of said cemetery company.

Twenty-fifth. To the bequest of three hundred dollars to tiie
Zion Reformed Church, of Hagerstown, Maryland, contained
in the last will and testament of Frederica C. Ganter, late of
Washington county, deceased, admitted to probate on the
twenty-ninth "day of February, eighteen hundred and ninety-
six, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of said
Washington county.

Twenty-sixth. To the following gifts, grants, sales and con-
veyances to and for the use of the Baldwin Memorial Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Anne Arundel county: First. To a
deed from the rector, vestry and church wardens of St. Anne's
Parish, in Anne Arundel county, said deed bearing date the
fourth day of October, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and
recorded among the land records of Anne Arundel county, in
Liber S. H. No. 48, folio 429, &c.; second, to a deed from
Charles Augustine Gambrill, dated the fifteenth day of June,
eighteen hundred and ninety-three, and recorded among the
land records of Anne Arundel county, in Liber S. H. No. 48,
folio 431, &c.; third, to a deed from Joshua S. Rawlings and
wife, Stephen G. Rawlings, Francis J. Rawlings and William
R. Rawlings, bearing date the eighth day of November, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-five, and recorded among the land
records of Ance Arundel county, in Liber G. W. No. 1, folio
313, etc.; fourth, to a deed from Juliet S. Leakin, Phil M.
Leakin, Alice W. Leakin and J. Henry Leakin, bearing date
the nineth day of March, eighteen hundred and ninety-six,
and recorded among the land records of Anne Arundel county,
in Liber G. W. No. 1, folio 314, etc.

Twenty-seventh. To the lease from John Healy and Eliza J.
Healy, his wife, Adoss Jaschuren Hebrew Congregation of
Baltimore city, a body corporate duly incorporated under the
