Twentieth. To the bequest of three hundred dollars to the
'"Redemptorists," to be paid to the rector or chief pastor, for
the time being, at St. James Roman Catholic Church, at the
corner of Aisquith and Eager streets, in the city of Baltimore,
as contained in the last will and testament of Gertrude Kess-
ler, late of Baltimore city, deceased, dated the fifteenth day
of November, eighteen hundred and eighty seven, and now of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
city.

Twenty-first. To a lease of a lot of one acre of land at
Shipley's Station in the fifth election district of Anne Arundel
county, made by William A. Shipley and others to the minis-
ters and trustees of the Associated Methodist Church of Holly
Run, said lease being dated the first day of July, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-five, and recorded among the land records of
Anne Arundel county, in Liber J. C. B. No. 4, folio 485 &c.,
the being leased for and used as a site for the parsonage of said
church.

Twenty- second. To the following two deeds to the Trustees
of Madison Street Presbyterian Church of Baltimore, a body
corporate, and to the sale and grant thereunder: First. A deed
from Joseph Gourley to the said Trustees of Madison Street
Presbyterian Church, of certain property in the city of Balti-
more, situated on the north-east side of Eutaw street, south-
easterly from Preston street, and described in an assignment
from Joseph Gourley to said trustees, dated the nineteenth day
of May, eighteen hundred and seventy-five and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city in Liber G. R. No.
700, folio 502 &c. Second. To the sale and grant by Daniel
Johnson and Sarah A. Johnson his wife, of certain property in
the city of Baltimore, situated on the northeast side of Eutaw
street, southeasterly from Preston street, and more particularly
described in a deed from the said Daniel Johnson and Sarah
A. Johnson to the said trustees, dated the twenty ninth day of
July, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1354,
folio 83 &c.

Twenty-Third. To the following bequests under the last
will and testament of John W. M. Williams, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, namely: First. The sum of three thousand
four hundred and eighty-six dollars and fifty-two cents to the
Committee of the Baptist Church of Baltimore; and second,
the sum of three thousand four hundred and eighty six dollars
