from Clara V. Kepler to the consistory of the German Evan-
gelical Reformed Congregation of Christ's Church, of Middle-
town, dated the twentieth day of January, in the year eighteen
hundred and ninety-six, and recorded in Liber J. L. Z., No. 11,
folio 524, one of said land records containing in the aggregate
thirteen acres and thirteen perches of land, more or less, and
for use as a burying ground for the purposes of said church.

Seventeenth. To the bequests under the will of Margaret H.
Pritchard, late of Cecil county, deceased, said will being dated
May, 1889, probated September 18, 1893, and recorded among
the testamentary records of Cecil county aforesaid, the said
bequests being in words following, to wit: " Item 2. To the
corporation of trustees for the brick meetinghouse lot in East
Nottingham, Cecil county, Maryland,' two hundred dollars
($200)." "Item 33. I give and bequeath the residue of my prop-
erty not hereinbefore devised and bequeathed, share and share
alike to ' the corporation of trustees for the brick meeting-
house lot in East Nottingham, Cecil county, Maryland,' and
to 'the vestry of North Elk parish, in Cecil county, Maryland,'
and I express the hope that the said vestry of North Elk parish
will use the said legacy about St. Mary Anne's Church, in North
East."

Eighteenth. To the bequest of six shares of Conowingo
bridge stock to East Nottingham Preparation Meeting of
Friends, the annual income of which to be used in repairing
the meeting house and grounds, by the will of John Marshall,
late of Cecil county, deceased, said will bearing date the
twenty-third day of March, eighteen hundred and eighty-two,
probated the twenty-first day of December, eighteen hundred
and ninety-four, and recorded in will records of Cecil county,
in Liber 16, folio 120, &c.

Nineteenth. To the bequest contained in the will of Martha
Shelley, late of Cecil county, deceased, of three hundred dol-
lars to the Trustees of West Nottingham Friends' Meeting
House and Grounds, "to be by them, and their successors,
securely invested, and the interest thereof to be used in keep-
ing the burial ground in good condition and for improvements
to the property when they may consider it necessary; " said
will bearing date the nineteenth day of April, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety -five, probated the sixth day of November,
eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and recorded among the
will records of Cecil county in Liber 16, folio 217, &c.
