will bearing date April 6, 1895, duly admitted to probate on
December 17, 1895, and now of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore city, in Liber T. W. M. No.
74, folio 237, &c.
Twelfth. To the bequest of one hundred dollars of Yan B.
Swearinger, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church Zion of Frederick county, Maryland,
a body corporate.
Thirteenth. To the bequest of Peter Lugenbeel of the sum
of three hundred dollars, by the will of the said Peter Lugen-
beel, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the trustees of
Linganore Methodist Episcopal Church.
Fourteenth. To the receiving of and holding by, of the
Fourth Baptist Church of Baltimore city, according to the
government of said church, the land described in a deed from
Frank R. Harbaugh, Wm. E. Mason and James E. Healy,
trustees, to the trustees of the Fourth Baptist Church, said
deed bearing date of the nineteenth day of February, eighteen
hundred and ninety-six, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 1604, folio
Fifteenth. To the bequest of one thousand dollars to Trinity
Cathedral, Easton, described in the said will as "Trinity
Memorial Cathedral, Easton," contained in the last will and
testament of Mary C. Goldsborough, late of Talbot county,
deceased.
Sixteenth. To the acquisition, holding and disposing of by
the German Evangelical Reformed Congregation of Christ's
Church, of Middletown, Frederick county, Maryland, a religious
corporation, of the lots of ground situated in Middletown,
Frederick county, Maryland, described in the following deeds:
First, a deed from Perry J. Levy, executor to Rev. F. A. Rup-
ley, Joseph Wise and others, as the consistory of the Evangeli-
cal Reformed Congregation dated on the first-day of April, in
the year eighteen hundred and sixty- four, and recorded in Liber
J. W. S. G., No. 1, folio 397, one of the land records of said
Frederick county; second, a deed from Daniel Feete and wife
to Philip Coblentz and others, consistory of the Reformed
Church of Middletown, dated the first day of October, in the
year eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, recorded in Liber T.
G., No. 10, folio 333, one of said land records; third, a deed
