testament of Charles J. Baker, deceased, which has been duly
admitted to probate and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore county.

Seventh. To the bequest of five hundred dollars given by
the last will and testament of Ann Hubbard, late of Dorches-
ter county, deceased, to Thomas J. Seward, in trust for the use
and benefit of Spedden Church, a congregation of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church, duly incorporated under the laws of
Maryland, and located in the "Neck" election district of said
county.

Eighth. To the sale and conveyance by the Fairmount
Methodist Church of Baltimore city, and others, to the Geth-
semane Methodist Church of Baltimore city, by deed dated
September 14th, A. D. 1894, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1520, folio 391,

&c.

Ninth. To the holding by the "Trustees of the Centennial
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore city," as the
successors of the "Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church in the Dallas Street Station," of the property
on the northeast corner of Caroline and Bank streets,
in the city of Baltimore, acquired and held under the
following conveyances, namely: a deed from S. C. Corlan and
others dated July 8th, 1872, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city, in Liber G. R. No. 573, folio 174 ;
a deed from John Wickersham and others, dated April 7, 1873,
and recorded as aforesaid in Liber G. R. No. 608, folio 50; a
lease from J. T. Milburn, dated December 6, 1876, and
recorded as aforesaid in Liber G. R. No. 760, folio 153; 8
deed from Charles E. Griffin and others, dated July 2, 1895
and recorded as aforesaid in Liber J. B. No. 1567, folio 387
and to any disposition which may be made by said corpora-
tion of said property in conformity with its charter.

Tenth. To a deed from the South Baltimore Harbor anc
Improvement Company of Anne Arundel county to "The
Ministers and Trustees of the Brooklyn Methodist Protestant
Church in Anne Arundel county, in the State of Maryland,"
dated the twenty-first day of February, eighteen hundred and
ninety-five, and recorded among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel county, in Liber J. C. B. No. 1, folio 353, &c.

Eleventh. To the legacy of one thousand dollars to the
"Vestry of Grace Church," in Baltimore city, a body politic
duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, contained in
