Various gifts,
bequests,
etc., sanc-
tioned.

of Maryland be, and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales,
leases, conveyances and deeds to and from certain persons and
bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial per-
sons, religious corporations, orders, denominations or sects, and
to certain charitable institutions, as herein set forth.

First. To the bequest contained in the will of Annie Hart-
nett to the president of Loyola College for the use of said col-
lege and the church connected therewith, said will being dated
the 27th day of March, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and
recorded among the Wills' Records of the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore city, in Liber T. W. M., No. 73, folio 446, &c.

Second. To a deed from Richard Maygers to the Evangelical
Lutheran Trinity Congregation of Baltimore, dated the first
day of May, eighteen hundred sixty-four, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber A. M., No. 251,
folio 213.

Third. To the sale by Mendel Schwartz to the Trustees of
the Oheb Jacob Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State
of Maryland, of the two lots of ground situate in Baltimore
city, and described in a deed dated November 30th, 1895, and
recorded in Liber R. O., No. 1592, folio 66, &c., of the Land
Records of Baltimore city aforesaid.

Fourth. To a bequest to St. John's Church, Queen Caroline
Parish, Howard county, of five hundred dollars, by the will of
Miss S. Eliza Dorsey, late of Howard county, deceased, and
also of another bequest to said St. John's Parish, of one hun-
dred dollars, by the will of Miss Priscilla M. Dorsey, also late
of said county, deceased; said respective wills being of record
among the testamentary records of said county; and the ves-
try of said St. John's Church is authorized and empowered to
invest said bequests, and to hold such investments for the use
and benefit of said church.

Fifth. To the devise or bequest of Isaac Albertson, late of
Baltimore city, deceased, by his last will and testament, of one
thousand dollars, to the Baltimore Yearly Meeting of Friends,
held on Park avenue, to be appropriated and applied to the
improving and embellishing of the cemetery of said corpo-
ration.

Sixth. To the bequest of three thousand dollars to the Chats-
worth Methodist Church of Baltimore, by the last will and
