CHAPTER 431.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 108 of the Acts of Assembly
passed at the January Session of 1887, entitled an Act to
authorize the School Commissioners for Baltimore county,
to pay to William H. Rimmey, a certain sum of money, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That chapter 108 of the Acts of 1882, entitled "an Act
to authorize the School Commissioners for Baltimore county,
to pay to William II. Rimmey, a certain sum of money, be re-
pealed and re-enacted to read as follows:

Repeal.

That the Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore
county be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
pay William H. Rimmey, of Baltimore county, the sum of
three hundred and ninety-seven dollars and fifty cents as com-
pensation, for work done by the said William H. Rimmey, in
the erection of a schoolhouse, outbuildings and fence for the
said Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore county at
Mount Winans, in the 13th election district of Baltimore
county.

CHAPTER 432.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commission-
ers of Worcester County to contract with the Ocean City
Bridge Company, or with any lessee thereof, to lease or
purchase the bridge across Synepuxent Bay from Hannock
Point to Ocean City, in Worcester County, or to lease or
purchase any other bridge that may be built in the future
at or near Ocean City, in Worcester County, by any other
company, individual or corporation.
