of Queen Anne's County to grant a pension to Hynson Cole,

f rant an annual pension of thirty-six dollars to Hynson Cole,
Sr., of said county, during the natural life of the said Hynson
Cole, Sr., and to levy said amount on the assessable property of
said county.

CHAPTER 334.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of Fire Commissioners of
Baltimore City, to retire from active service the persons here-
inafter named and to provide for the payment of their com-
pensation.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Fire Commissioners of Baltimore city
be and it is hereby authorized and directed to retire from
active service the following members of the fire department of
said city, who have been injured in the service of the said depart-
ment, or who, from long terms of service, are physically in-
capacitated from active duty, namely: George W. Krager,
Jacob Hindes, Charles Romoser, Sr,, Jacob H. Hayward, Wm.
Gordon, John Wernsing, Thomas W. Humphreys, Frank P.
Hart, Thomas S. Rodeski, Owen S. Burgen, John H. Geldea,
