CHAPTER 312.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claim of
F. Eugene Wathen, for printing and binding the Catalogue
of the State Library.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Appropria-
tion.

land, That the Comptroller be, and he is hereby directed to
draw his warrant upon the treasurer in favor of F. Eugene
Wathen, for the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250)
to pay his claim for printing and binding the catalogue of the
State Library.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage,

Approved A'pril 2d, 1896.

CHAPTER 313.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford
county, to levy a sum of money annually for the support of
George. W. Lilly.

Pension to
G. W. Lilly.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Harford county be
and they are hereby authorized to levy a sum of money not
exceeding one hundred dollars ($100), annually for the support
of George W. Lilly, son of Laura V. Lilly.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved April 2d, 1896.

CHAPTER 314.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Common Council of
the town of Kensington, Montgomery County, to borrow
money on the credit of said town for the purpose of con-
structing a system of sewerage, and to levy taxes on the
assessable property of the said town to repay the money
borrowed and the interest thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
