to sell apple cider, and the seal of their office shall be attached
to the same. And said endorsement shall be recorded as they
record their acts and business; and any one selling cider in
any incorporated town in said county without first obtaining
the said endorsement of the town commissioners, the cider
license of such a merchant shall be null and void.

CHAPTER 235.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Charles
county, to pay to Virginia C. Davis, a certain sum of money
on account of taxes paid in error.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the County Commissioners of Charles county, be
and they are hereby authorized at their next annual levy of
taxes for said county, to levy for the use of Virginia C. Davis,
the sum of thirty-two dollars, being taxes paid in error by
her for the years 1886, 1887, 1888, 1889, 1890, 1891, 1892 and
1893.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section 38 of Article 8, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-
title "Birds and Games," as amended by Chapter 195 of the
Acts of 1894, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 38 of Article 8, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Birds
and Game," as amended by chapter 195 of the Acts 1894, be
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as
follows :
