SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the charter or certificate of incorporation of the
trustees of Bethel Church, as now on record among the land
records of Harford county in Liber H. D., No. R, folio 531,
etc., be, and the same is hereby revived and extended, and that
N. Oscar Stokes, John R. Kirkwood, George A. Cairnes, William
B. Gross, William P. Jackson, Nelson Gilbert, J. Wilson Gal-
breach, Thomas H. Wiley, Sr., and William M. Glenn, shall
constitute and be the trustees necessary to perfect said corpora-
tion.

Charter
revived.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said corporation
hereby revived shall be entitled to hold, use and enjoy as fully
and to the same extent in every respect as the original corpora-
tion could do, any and all lands in Harford county which had
been conveyed to said original corporation.

May hold

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 232.

AN ACT to reimburse the County Commissioners of Charles
County for extraordinary costs and expenses incurred in the
cases of the State against Belle Farrall, State against Henry
Johnson, and for the expenses incurred in stamping out the
small-pox in said county in the year eighteen hundred and
ninety-five.

WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Charles county
have incurred and paid costs and expenses in the case of the

State against Belle Farrall, under indictment of murder, amount-
ing to forty-two hundred and ninety dollars and sixty-one cents;
and also incurred similar costs and expenses in the case of the
State against Henry Johnson, under an indictment for murder,
amounting to nine hundred and nine dollars and ninety cents ;
and also incurred expenses in stamping out and preventing an
epidemic of small-pox in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-
five, amounting to one thousand and sixty-six dollars and
twelve cents, making an aggregate of six thousand three hun-
dred and sixty-six dollars and sixty-three cents; and
