SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the State Veterinary Medical Board is hereby
authorized and directed to issue to Charles J. Seigmund, Jr.,
a certificate to practice Veterinary Medicine and Surgery.

May issue
license.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 11th, 1896.

CHAPTER 33.

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, Article 16, title "Chancery," sub-title
"Non Compos Mentis," to follow Section 104, and to be
designated as "104 A."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the following new section be and the same is hereby
added to the Code of Public General Laws, Article 16, title
"Chancery," sub-title "Non Compos Mentis," to follow section
104, and to be designated as "104 A," and to read as follows :

New section.


.104 A. In case of application by petition of a person who
has been adjudged a lunatic or non compos mentis to have the
commission superseded on the ground of recovery or restora-
tion to a sound state of mind and capacity to manage his
affairs, the petitioner shall be entitled to have the question
submitted to a jury empaneled under the order of the court
for the purpose, whose verdict shall be binding on the court,
unless set aside for cause.

Petition of

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

Approved March 11th, 1896.
