seventy-three A, three hundred and seventy-three B, three
hundred and seventy-three G and three hundred and seventy-
three D, of Article eleven of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County," sub-title "Mid-
dletown."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections three hundred and fifty-one, three hundred
and fifty-two, three hundred and fifty-three, three hundred and
fifty-four, three hundred and fifty -five, three hundred and fifty-
six, three hundred and fifty-seven, three hundred and fifty-eight,
three hundred and fifty-nine, three hundred and sixty, three
hundred and sixty-one, three hundred and sixty-two, three hun-
dred and. sixty-three, three hundred and sixty-four, three hun-
dred and sixty-five, three hundred and sixty-six, three hundred
and sixty -seven, three hundred and sixty-eight, three hundred
and sixty-nine, three hundred and seventy, and three hundred
and seventy-one of Article eleven of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title " Frederick County," sub title
" Middletown," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, so as to read as follows :

351. The citizens of "Middletown," "Kellar's Addition to
Middletown," "Grove's Addition to Middletown," and "Wise's
Addition to Middletown," in Frederick county, are a body
corporate by the name of the Burgess and Commissioners of
Middletown, and by that name may sue and be sued, and have
and use a common seal.

352. The taxable limits of said municipal corporation shall
be as follows: Beginning for the same at an iron bolt fixed
in the middle of a stone culvert, it being the first large culvert
west of Middletown on the national turnpike road leading
from Baltimore to Hagerstown and the wes-t, and running
thence from said iron bolt the following courses and distances,
to wit: south forty-five degrees, west three hundred feet to a
