A supplement to an act entitled, an act to incorporate the Elkton
and Susquehanna Bridge Turnpike Company
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That so much of the seventh section of the act to which
this is a supplement, as requires the president and managers,
in locating and laying out the said road, to run the same from
the Port Deposit bridge down the shore until they come to
the road leading from Port Deposit to Battle Swamp, at or
near to Henry S. Stiles' store, be, and the same is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC, 2. And be it enacted, That the said president and ma-
nagers, in locating the said road, shall have full power and
authority to run the same in such manner as they may think
most advantageous for the public interest, as also for the in-
terest of the said company, from the Port Deposit bridge to
North East.

land, That John Scott, of the city of Baltimore, trustee, under
and by virtue of a deed of trust from Henry Waring, Charles
H, W- Wharton and Rebecca, his wife, bearing date on or
about the thirtieth day of November, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five, and re-
corded among the land records of Montgomery county court,
