50 THIRTY-FOURTH ANNUAL REPORT

No. 386—Ankeney vs. Stoker and Frey—No hearing held on this case.
Surveyor did not make a return of Certificate of Survey.
Declaration of Termination sent all parties on August 5,

1968.

No. 387—Harry W. Finder and wife vs. County Commissioners of
Cecil County—Hearing held January 14, 1969- No decision
reached. Caveators agree to have C. Robert Webb prepare
an amended Survey, to be presented to all interested parties.
If approved, it will be forwarded to this office, together
with Stipulation, so that a Patent may issue for part of the
land to the County Commissioners of Cecil County, who
will pay all fees.

No. 388—Collins vs. Luthy—Caveat filed February 18, 1969 by Thomas
L. Collins through his attorney Lee N. Koehler. A hearing
date was set for May 27, 1969, but was continued at the
request of Collins in order that he might have an inde-
pendent survey made of the alleged vacant land. His request
was granted and a hearing date was set for November 18,

1969.

No. 389—Dyson vs. Maryland National Capital Park and Planning
Commission, filed May 5, 1969 by Wilmer D. Pyles, Attor-
ney for Priscilla M. Dyson. Hearing date cannot be set
until after return of the Certificate of Survey by the Sur-
veyor, which is due on August 27, 1969.

APPLICATIONS ISSUED TO SURVEY
VACANT LAND OR RESURVEY LAND

Wicomico County—July 14, 1968 to William E. Porter, Jr.

Somerset County—September 24, 1968 to Delmas E. Shores—Sur-
veyor did not make a return on the Warrant to Survey which
was due March 24, 1969- Richard C. Rice, Assistant Attorney
General, advised that the Department of Game and Inland Fish
acquired the land applied for; therefore, the Application was
abandoned.
