STATUS OF CAVEAT CASES

No. 380—Vollberg and Rothman vs. Makoff—An agreement was
reached between Vollberg and Rothman that a Patent should
be issued to Robert and Mary Helen Makoff on May 6th,
1968. Said Patent was issued on October 8, 1968. No
hearing held in this case.

No. 381—Boy Scouts of America et al. vs. William E. White—An
agreement was reached between all parties by an exchange
of deeds. Declaration of Termination was signed by The
Commissioner of Land Patents on January 6, 1969. No
Patent issued.

No. 383—Coulbourne et al. vs. Reeves—Hearing held July 23, 1968.
Caveat ruled good and no Patent to issue. Opinion and
Order signed by The Commissioner of Land Patents on Sep-
tember 18, 1968 and copies sent to all parties.
