and $5. 53 was added to Budget Item No. 314 representing a refund
on paste wax not satisfactory for the floors in the Hall of Records.
Of the net total $37, 523. 57, $25, 960. 18 was expended and $9, 063. 39
was reverted to the General Treasury. Permission was granted to
carry over into the fiscal year 1947 the sum of $2, 500. 00 appropriated
in Budget Item No. 208-A. The publication for which this money
is needed is now being prepared for the printer.
