(c) (1) In addition to any other report required under this section, a
registrant, other than an individual, organized and operated for the primary purpose of
attempting to influence any legislative or executive action shall report the name and
permanent address of each person who provides at least 5 percent of the registrant's
total receipts during the preceding 12 months.

(2) FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE REPORTING AND
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS OF THIS TITLE, RECEIPTS OF LOBBYING
ENTITIES PRIMARILY ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR THE PURPOSE
OF ATTEMPTING TO INFLUENCE LEGISLATIVE OR EXECUTIVE ACTION
INCLUDE ANY FUNDS SPENT ON BEHALF, AT THE DIRECTION, OR IN THE
NAME OF THE LOBBYING ENTITY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

Community Colleges - Small Procurements

be consistent with State procurement regulations.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, this section
applies to every contract for any building, improvement, equipment, or supplies [that
will cost more than $7,500].
