Division 59-C-7 "Planned Unit Development Zones"

Section 59-C-7.1 "PD Zone - Planned Development"

Section 59-C-7.2 "Town Sector Zone"

Section 59-C-7.3 "Planned Neighborhood Zone"

Section 59-C-7.4 "Planned Retirement Community Zone"

Section 59-C-7.5 "Mixed Use Planned Development Zone"

- Amending various sections of the Subdivision Regulations to provide for
the preservation of trees.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Subdivision
Regulations, being Chapter 50 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 50-2 "Purpose of Chapter"

Section 50-32 "Control of Floodplain Areas and Unsafe Land"

Section 50-35 "Same — Approval Procedure"
