AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

providing a definition for the terms "Household Employee" and
"Registered Living Unit", and amending the definition of an "Accessory
Apartment", a "Dwelling, one-family" and a "Dwelling unit, one-family
detached"

providing for Registered Living Units as permitted uses in some
one-family residential zones,

requiring registration of Registered Living Units, subject to Executive
Regulations, and

modifying certain requirements for the Accessory Apartment special
exception.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-A-2.1 "Definitions"

Division 59-A-6 "Uses Permitted in More Than One Class of [Any] Zone"

Section 59-C-l.5 "Cluster Development"

Section 59-C-l.6 "Development Including Moderately Priced Dwelling

Article 59-G "Special Exceptions, Variances, and Nonconforming

Uses"
