development constructed prior to June 28, 1984 is enlarged, modified or
altered.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-E-6 "Compliance Requirements For Certain Parking Facilities Constructed
In Accordance with Building Permits Filed Prior to June 28, 1984"

Effective Date: November 20, 1989.
