[Amending Section 59-C-9.3]

Ordinance No. 11-59
AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Historic Preservation Ordinance to:

Give Board of Appeals full and exclusive authority to hear and decide
appeals taken from decisions of the Historic Preservation Commission.

Require Historic Preservation Commission to adopt rules, regulations
and guideline for administration of their responsibility, under method (2)
of Section 2A-15 of the County Code.

Eliminate need to have public hearing on preliminary draft amendment
to Historic Preservation Master Plan for sites subject of a demolition
permit public hearing.

Authorize withholding of demolition permit for 195 days from the date of
the application for demolition is filed.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Historic Preservation
Ordinance, Chapter 24A of the Montgomery County Code:

Chapter 24A "Historic Resources Preservation"
Effective Date: October 2, 1989.

Zoning Text Amendment No. 89017

Ordinance No. 11-60
AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

Clarifying the standard for minimum width of a lot at the front building
line in cluster development.

Clarifying the language of certain setback standards.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-l "Residential Zones, One-family"
Section 59-C-l.5 "Cluster Development"

Effective Date: October 30, 1989.
