AN ACT amending various sections of Subtitle 4 "Sediment and Erosion Control"
of Title 3 "Building" of the Howard County Code in order to correct technical
references.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (eY) to Title 18, "Public Works" of the Howard
County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) in
Columbia belonging to Jack and Karen Cepko.

Effective Date January 14, 1990.

Bill No. 94

AN ACT repealing and re-enacting Subtitle 3 "Board of Appeals" of Title 16
"Planning, Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development Regulations" of the
Howard County Code in order to delete references to procedure, conduct of hearings,
and judicial review.

Effective Date January 14, 1990.

[Repealing and re-enacting Sections 16.300 through 16.303, inclusive]

Bill No. 95

AN ACT repealing and re-enacting Subtitle 2 "Rules of Procedure of the Board
of Appeals" of Title 2 "Administrative Procedure" of the Howard County Code in
order to revise the rules of procedure of the Board of Appeals.

Effective Date January 14, 1990.

[Repealing and re-enacting Sections 2.200 through 2.213, inclusive]

Bill No. 98

AN ACT amending Section 16.1002 "Applicability" of Subtitle 10 "Growth
Management" of the Howard County Code to provide that the limits on building
permits do not apply to housing for property owners and for the children of property
owners who have sold development rights on their land to the County.
