Bill No. 104

AN ACT amending Section 16.802(c) "Type of Development; Residential Only"
of Subtitle 8 "Growth Management" of Title 16 "Planning, Zoning and Land
Development Regulations" of the Howard County Code to require that moderate and
low income rental housing units which are built under permits awarded under this
subsection shall remain available for 30 K) years to persons whose income levels qualify
them for moderate or low income rental housing; and declaring this to be an emergency
measure.
