AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (eV) to Title 18, "Public Works" of the Howard
County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) in
Columbia belonging to John M. and Helen B. Robertson.

Effective Date September 5, 1989.

Bill No. 63

AN ACT amending Section 1.300 "Salaries and fringe benefits" and of Subtitle 3
"Compensation" of Title 1 "Personnel Administration" and Section 1.301
"Classification and grades of classified positions" of the Howard County Code to
authorize salaries and grades for personnel covered by the provisions of the collective
bargaining agreement between Howard County and Local 3080 of the American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees; and making the provisions of
this Act retroactive to July 1, 1989.

Effective Date September 5, 1989.

Bill No. 64

AN ACT to add Section 18.123 (eW) to Title 18, "Public Works" of the Howard
County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) in
Columbia belonging to Timothy and Evelyn Vollentine.

Effective Date September 25, 1989.

Bill No. 65

AN ACT to amend Subsection (a) of Section 3.507 "Billboards" of Subtitle 5
"Signs" of Title 3 "Buildings" of the Howard County Code to provide for renewal of a
variance.

Effective Date December 5, 1989.

Bill No. 66

AN ACT repealing Subtitle 3 "Historical Landmarks and Sites Board" of Title 19
"Recreation and Parks" and amending various sections of Title 6 "County Executive
and the Executive Branch" of the Howard County Code in order to establish a Historic
Sites and Landmarks Board to advise the County Executive, County Council and Chief
