AN ACT amending various sections of Title 1 "Administration" of the Howard
County Code in order to correctly identify certain classification titles, class codes,
grades, and salaries and to clarify language.

Effective Date September 5, 1989.

Bill No. 50

AN ACT to repeal sections of Subtitle 1. "Personnel Administration" of Title 1
"Administration" of the Howard County Code which provide exceptions to that title for
employees covered by collective bargaining agreements, since the provisions of the
bargaining unit agreements will be printed in full for informational purposes in an
.appendix to the Howard County Code.

Effective Date September 5, 1989.

County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) in
Columbia belonging to Helen M. Strassner.

Effective Date September 5, 1989.
