HARFORD COUNTY

AN ACT to add new Subsections E through K to Section 225-10, heading, Road
Names of Article III, heading, General Regulations, of Chapter 225, heading, Streets,
Sidewalks and Public Works, all of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide
for the redesignation of certain portions of Calvary Road, MacPhail Road, Mountain
Road, Old Joppa Road, Stepney Road and Tollgate Road, all in Harford County,
Maryland; and to provide for a designation of the areas of the roadway affected by the
name changes but to not alter, modify or redesignate any state route designations
assigned to the affected roads.

Effective Date August 14, 1989.

Bill No. 89-37

AN ACT to repeal Section 2 of Council Bill Number 88-43, as enacted by .the
County Council on August 2, 1988; to repeal the requirement that the Department of
Inspections, Licenses and Permits submit to the Council certain standards for granting
waivers to the Livability Code under Section 162-4 of the Harford County Code, as
enacted by Bill No. 88-43; and to repeal the provision that conditions the effectiveness
of Section 162-4 on Council approval of the submitted standards.

Effective Date August 25, 1989.

Bill No. 89-40

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
267-101, Incorporation by Reference, of Article XX, Official Harford County Zoning
Maps, of Part 5, Zoning Maps, of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to adopt the 1989 Official Zoning Maps; to incorporate the maps into this
Act; and generally relating to the county's Official Zoning Maps.

Effective Date August 1, 1989.

Bill No. 89-42

AN ACT to add new Subsection 5(J) to Section 162-5 heading, Duties and.
Powers, of Code Official of Chapter 162, heading, Livability Code, of the Harford
County Code, as amended, to require the applicability of certain rules and regulations
to delinquent water and sewer accounts.

Effective Date September 19, 1989.
