AN ACT to add new Subsection 3 to Subsection E, heading, Appeals, of Section
38-38, heading, Disciplinary Actions, and to add new Subsection (e) to Subsection A(3),
heading, Procedure for Presentation of Grievances, of Section 38-39, heading,
Employee Relations, of Article IV, heading, Classified Service of Chapter 38, heading,
Personnel, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for a sixty (60) day
appeal process for grievance procedures and to provide for waiver of the time limits
upon mutual written agreement.

Effective Date September 19, 1989.

AN ACT to add new Subsection L to Section 225-10, heading, Road Names, of
Article III, heading, General Regulations, of Chapter 225, heading, Streets, Sidewalks
and Public Works, all of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the
designation of a certain portion of Wheel Road, as a result of recent construction,
extension and realignment of Wheel Road.

Effective Date November 6, 1989.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 64-30, Violations and
Penalties, of Article VI, General Provisions, of Chapter 64, Animals, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to amend the penalties for violation of the law prohibiting
owners from permitting their dogs to be at large; to provide that this Act is prospective
and does not apply to a violation that occurs before the effective date of this Act; and
generally relating to penalties for violations of certain county laws relating to animals.

Effective Date December 18, 1989.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 267-83, heading
Historic Landmark Lists of Article XV, heading, Enumeration of Historic Landmarks,
of Chapter 267, heading, Zoning, all part of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
provide for the designation of an additional County landmark.

Effective Date March 5, 1990.
