FOR the purpose of repealing sections prohibiting and authorizing electronic
devices and providing for penalty for such unlawful use; repealing and reenacting
sections providing for authority and training for police officers, appointment of
nonsworn officers, and appointment of auxiliary police members.

Title 25. "Public Amusements and Gathering"

FOR the purpose of repealing sections regulating Sunday motion pictures,
applications for licenses for public entertainment, certificates to accompany
applications, fees for such licenses, restrictions as to issuance of said licenses and
validity of such licenses upon premises designated; repealing and reenacting sections
regulating circuses and carnivals, requiring permits for nonprofit public gatherings,
providing for refusal of licenses, licenses to nonresident corporations, limitation upon
time of operation, licenses required for public entertainment, and revocation of such
licenses.
