AN ACT concerning

Title 23. "Plumbing and Gas Fitting"

FOR the purpose of repealing sections for permit fees; repealing and reenacting
sections defining administrative authority and plumbing code, composition of plumbing
board and code committee, fees for examinations and licenses, referring to plumbing
and gasfitting code, to the transfer of permits, providing for civil penalties and fen
criminal penalties and for inconsistent provisions within the Code.
