Title 19. "Pawnbrokers"

FOR the purpose of repealing sections defining pawnbrokers, requiring a license,
requiring an application, granting of licenses, revocation of same, requiring of a bond,
requiring of records, dealing with stolen goods, prohibiting loans.

Employee's Retirement System

to the employer pick-up contributions, and to change certain dates.

AN ACT concerning

Control of storage, transport and disposal of Solid Waste, and
control of storage of Petroleum Products and Hazardous Substances

I FOR the purpose of modifying current standards for the storage and transport of

solid waste, requiring certain solid waste transporters to secure permits, prohibiting

illegal disposal of solid wastes, establishing rules for the handling of animal carcasses,

recyclable materials, and the disposal of medical waste, requiring permits and bonds for

; solid waste processing operations, requiring a public hearing for solid waste processing
