AN ACT concerning

Title 18. "Offenses"

FOR the purpose of repealing sections providing for serving of persons under 21,
hours of operation for poolrooms, restrictions on sales of cough syrup, disorderly
conduct, lie detector tests for condition of employment, telephone misuse, trespass,
restitution by parents, smoking on public transit vehicles, showing of x-rated movies at
open-air theaters; repealing and reenacting sections providing that open containers of
alcoholic beverages illegal, for limited access to pool tables, impersonating officer, for
discharge of firearm within metropolitan district, purchase of firearms in connection
with minors, penalty, loitering on or about commercial premises, signs indicating fuel
prices, storage of narcotics, parades, pinball machines operated by minors, removing
property of another, the prohibition of hunting on recreational lands.

BY repealing

Sections 18-1, 18-3, 18-5, 18-6, 18-13, 18-21, 18-22, 18-24, and 18-27

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Sections 18-2, 18-4, 18-7, 18-8(b), 18-9(a), (b), 18-10, 18-14(c), (e), 18-15(d),
18-16, 18-17, 18-18, 18-23, and 18-26(b)

BY adding

Sections 18-17.1, 18-17.2, 18-17.3, and 18-17.4
