FOR the purpose of repealing sections providing for heating systems on rental
units, the repossession and disposition of removed articles; repealing and reenacting the
section providing for the defense by a tenant in a landlord-tenant action.

FOR the purpose of repealing sections providing for accident photographs,
accident maps, fees, penalties, employment of personnel, interfering with traffic control
devices, standing of vehicles on streetcar tracks, permits for disabled veterans, purpose
of fees collected by parking meters, collection of funds, penalty; repealing and
reenacting sections providing for definition of 'vehicle', responsibility for traffic
engineering, obstruction of driver's view, the damaging of highways, obstruction of
streets, fees to be paid for copies of police reports, movement of commercial vehicles in
residential zones, authority to make traffic rules, records of rules, failure to comply with
[devices, violation of rules, parking in alleys, of unlicensed vehicles, impoundment,
standing vehicles near entrances to places of entertainment, freight loading zones,
Standing vehicles in such zones, regulations for county or revenue authority parking
facilities, parking meter zones, periods and rates for such zones, meter spaces,
conveyance of meters to revenue authority, installation of meters, reduction of meter
rates, conflict with general public law, license for towing business, charges for towing
i/ehicles, investigation for license, approval of license, rules for enforcement, penalty
pnd revocation of license, appeal, imposition of penalty, designation of fire lanes, signs
