FOR the purpose of repealing sections providing for the disposition of license
fees, notice and hearing to revoke permit, sales displays on residential property,
prohibition of blockbusting; repealing and reenacting sections providing for a license,
the license year, sidewalk stands, mobile vendors, exemptions, penalty, exemptions for
charitable and religious solicitations, revocation of permits, service of notice, penalties.
