AN ACT concerning

Title 8. "Day Nurseries"

FOR the purpose of repealing sections requiring a license to operate a day
nursery, an application to so operate, zoning approval, certificate of compliance with
fire laws, building laws, plumbing laws, display of license, describing duties of person in
charge, prohibiting children to be left alone, describing appropriate equipment, water
supply, windows, maintenance of premises, disposition of diapers, rooms below ground,
dimension of rooms, protection of stairway entrances, location of beds, ventilation,
temperature of rooms, cleaning of milk bottles, washing of hands, protection of
foodstuffs, source of milk and cream, dietary requirements, garbage disposal, toilet
facilities, isolation facilities, closet space, outdoor playground, adequacy of staff,
medical requirements, recommendations of county board of health.
