AN ACT concerning

Title 10. "Electricity"

FOR the purpose of repealing sections providing for an electrical inspection
division, establishing qualifications for a master limited electrician's license and
qualifications for a restricted electrician's license; repealing and reenacting sections
adding the term "Director", clarifying the supervision of electrical business in county,
rules and regulations of said business, authority to appoint members of the electrical
board, standards for electrical installations, applications for permits, qualifications for a
master general electrician's license, master limited electrician's license, restricted
electrician's license, age requirement for license, requirements for appeal of denial of
license, license fees, enforcement and penalties.

Title 12. "Fire Protection"

FOR the purpose of repealing sections providing for a fire alarm telegraph
system, removal of members of fire bureau, fire inspection board, and fire inspectors;
repealing and reenacting sections providing for a fire alarm telegraph system, fire
engines, investigations of fires, penalties for impeding fire apparatus, mutual aid,
manner of operating vehicles upon approach of fire truck, authority to adopt fire
prevention code, rules and regulations, fire prevention bureau, and inspections of
commercial structures.
