AN ACT concerning

CAROLINE COUNTY RECREATION AND PARKS ADVISORY BOARD

FOR the purpose of re-establishing the Caroline County Recreation and Parks
Advisory Board, enlarging membership, and clarifying and redefining provisions
pertaining to purpose, duties, responsibilities, organizations, officials and their duties,
rights of membership, and meetings.

Effective Date October 27, 1989.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 3 of Article V of the
Kent County Land Subdivision Ordinance, entitled "Filing Fees" changing the fixed
filing fees for subdivisions to fees to be established at the discretion of the County
Commissioners from time to time and adding a new Section 6 to Article 8 of the Land
Subdivision Ordinance providing for fees for the inspection of roads in new
subdivisions.

AN ACT to add new Section 5-21 (g) to Article 2 of Chapter 5 of the Public Local
Laws of Kent County, Maryland entitled "Health and Safety", Subtitle "Solid Waste
Ordinance" to follow immediately after Section 5-27(f) thereof providing for tipping
fees at the County's landfills and transfer stations.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Article I of Chapter 2 of the
Public Local Laws of Kent County, Maryland, entitled "Dog Control Ordinance,"
effecting stylistic changes, strengthening enforcement procedures, changing the penalty
for violations to a "municipal infraction," enabling the County Commissioners to
establish fees and generally fortifying the old ordinance.
