FOR the purpose of establishing a real property tax credit for certain
manufacturers to promote expansion and development and improve the local economy;
defining eligibility; setting forth requirements; providing for transferability of credit
with change of ownership; stating exceptions, and circumstances of inapplicability.

Effective Date January 5, 1990.

FOR the purpose of providing for the establishment of licensing of sewerage
system installers and scavengers of septic wastes and relating generally to sanitary
construction in Caroline County; for adopting fees for licenses and permits for the

Chapter 152 to the Code of Public Local Laws of Caroline County, Maryland.
Effective Date January 26, 1990.

REPEAL OF CAROLINE COUNTY RECREATION AND PARKS ADVISORY

BOARD ORDINANCE

FOR the purpose of repealing a local law that created an advisory board for the
Caroline County Recreation and Parks Department, and defined their duties,
responsibilities and membership.

BY repealing

the Caroline County Recreation and Parks Advisory Board Ordinance #84-011
adopted October 30, 1984.
