Effective Date January 12, 1989]

RESOLUTION NO. 330

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contigous to and
binding upon an enclave within the Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be
known as the "W. Jeffers - Snow Hill Road Annexation, an irregularly shaped parcel, a
portion of which is North of Regency Drive and a portion of which is North of College
Avenue.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date March 10, 1989]

RESOLUTION NO. 332

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and
binding upon the southeasterly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as the "North Schumaker Drive - Vaughn Lewis Annexation", bounded on the South by
North Schumaker Drive.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date April 14, 1989]

RESOLUTION NO. 336

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and
binding upon the Northerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "North Salisbury Annexation - Three Areas" being an area East of and binding in
part upon North Salisbury Boulevard, binding on the South side of Naylor Mill Road
Extended, West of and North of and binding in part on Brewington Branch.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date May 25, 1989]
