binding upon the Southerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "Dykes Road - Dixon Annexation" being an area on the Southerly side of and
binding upon Dykes Road, bounded on the East by Windham Manor and on the West
by property now or formerly owned by ENJ Partnership, and an area on the Easterly
side of and binding upon May Drive, adjoining property now or formerly owned by ENJ
Partnership.

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and
binding upon the Southerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "Honeysuckle Drive Annexation" being an area North of but not binding on
Honeysuckle Drive.

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and
binding upon the Southeasterly corporate limit of the City of Salisbury; bounded on the
East by Maddox Branch, bounded on the South by Johnson Road; bounded on the West
by the Highland Park Subdivision and the lands of Wicomico County; to be known as
the "Johnson Road - Ruark Annexation".

RESOLUTION NO. 350
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to amend the Charter of
the City of Salisbury by repealing in its entirety Article I, Section §SCl-2, Corporate
limits, of the Charter of the City of Salisbury and replacing same with a new Article I,
Section §SCl-2, Corporate limits, thereby eliminating the requirement that a metes and
