OF ST. MICHAELS (1980)
CHARTER RESOLUTION NO. 89-1

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF ST. MICHAELS TO AMEND
ARTICLE IV (REGISTRATION, NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS) OF THE
TOWN CHARTER TO COMPLY WITH THE UNIVERSAL VOTER
REGISTRATION LAW OF MARYLAND, AND TO MAKE CERTAIN OTHER
ELECTION LAWS OF THE TOWN UNIFORM WITH THOSE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND.

[Section(s) 1, 2, 5, and 7 of the Charter of the Town of St. Michaels, Talbot
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date January 31, 1990]

CHARTER RESOLUTION NO. 89-2

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF ST. MICHAELS TO AMEND
ARTICLE V (FINANCE), SECTION 11 (CHECKS, DRAFTS AND
WITHDRAWALS), OF THE TOWN CHARTER TO PROVIDE FOR
SUBSTITUTION OF AUTHORIZED SIGNERS IN SPECIFIED SITUATIONS.

the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 326

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and
binding upon the westerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"G. Robert Miller Annexation", on the easterly side of and binding in part upon U.S.
Route 50, and northerly of but not binding upon Boundary Street and westerly of but
not binding upon West Road.
