reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION 1988-12

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN
AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN

The Mayor and Council of the Town of Berlin do hereby amend the Charter of the
Town of Berlin to allow the Council to set limits on the investment of Town funds.

[Section C4-4E of the Charter of the Town of Berlin, Worcester County, as found
in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date January 17, 1989]

RESOLUTION 1989-3

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF BERLIN ANNEXING
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE TOWN OF BERLIN

It is hereby proposed and recommended that the boundaries of the Town of
Berlin be changed so as to annex to and include within said municipality all that certain
area of land, together with the. improvements thereto and the persons residing therein,
and their property, contiguous to and adjoining upon the easterly corporate limits of the
Town of Berlin.

[Section C2-7 of the Charter of the Town of Berlin, Worcester County, as found
in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date June 8, 1989]

RESOLUTION 1989-4

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN
AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN

The Mayor and Council of the Town of Berlin do hereby amend the Charter of the
Town of Berlin to revise the process for purchasing goods and services on written
contracts and through sealed bids.
