LIMITS of the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, annexing to said corporate boundaries
the following area, contiguous to and adjoining the present corporate boundaries of the
Town of Bel Air, on the southerly side of Maulsby Avenue, being the land owned by
Essie B. Hurley.

[Section 202(q) of the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, Harford County, as found
in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TOWN COMMISSIONERS TO AMEND
ARTICLE II OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BEL AIR TO EXTEND THE
CORPORATE BOUNDARIES AND TO DESIGNATE THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF THE LAND BEING ANNEXED

A Resolution of the Board of Town Commissioners, adopted pursuant to the
authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution of Maryland, Section 19 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957, (1987 Replacement Volume), entitled
"Corporations - Municipal", subheading "Annexation", to enlarge the corporate
boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by amending the Public Local Law of Harford
County, being a part of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland by
adding to Section 202 entitled Additions, paragraph "R", to Article II CORPORATE
LIMITS of the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, annexing to said corporate boundaries
the following area, contiguous to and adjoining the present corporate boundaries of the
Town of Bel Air, on the west side of South Main Street, south of MacPhail Road, being
the land owned by Richardson's Incorporated, and Margaret P. Richardson,
Petitioners.

[Section 202(r) of the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, Harford County, as found
in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date April 6, 1990]
