A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF BERLIN ANNEXING
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE TOWN OF BERLIN

It is hereby proposed and recommended that the boundaries of the Town of
Berlin be changed so as to annex to and include within said municipality all that certain
area of land, together with the improvements thereto and the persons residing therein,
and their property, beginning at a point on the northwesterly boundary of the Corporate
Limit Lines of Berlin, Maryland.
