Local Laws, article 19, section 136, relating to the bounda-
ries of the town of Princess Anne, in Somerset county, by
repealing said section 136, and inserting in lieu thereof the
following;

Mr. Goldsborough, from the committee on Ways and
Means, reported favorably upon the bill entitled, an act to
appropriate a sum of money for the printing of the Senate
and House of delegates, during the extra session of the Gen-
eral Assembly for the year 1861;

Which was read the first and by special order the second
time.

Mr. Goldsborough moved that the rules be suspended and
the bill read the third time.

Pending the consideration of which,

Mr. Maxwell moved the previous question;

Which was sustained.
