Mr. Gordon chairman of the committee on the Judiciary
reported favorably upon the bill entitled, an act to ratify .the
proceedings of the Circuit Court for Allegany county, as a
Court of Equity, appointing Wm. Walsh, trustee, to com-
plete the collection of State and county taxes for the years
1860 and 1861, and perform the other duties of collector in
place of John Collan, late collector, deceased;
Which was read the first, and by special order the second
