On motion of Mr. Warfield,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city and county dele-
gations to report a bill to amend an act entitled, an act, to
incorporate the Green Spring Avenue Company, passed at
May session 1858, chapter 216, and an act supplementary
thereto passed at January session 1860.

Mr. Gordon, chairman of the committee on the Judiciary,
made a favorable report upon the Senate bill entitled, an act
to amend the 93rd article, section 253 of the Code of Public
General Laws, relating to the bonds of Registers of Wills;

Which was read the second and by special order the third
time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:

favorably upon the bill entitled, an act for the relief of the
Northern Central Railway Company, by authorizing it to
plead by way of offsett or discount in any suit against it by the
State of Maryland, as herein provided;

Which was read the first time.
