on a bill entitled, an act to amend article 75 of the Code
of Public General Laws relating to Pleadings, Practice and
Proofs, by adding a section thereto to authorize the removal
of Equity causes in the Superior court of Baltimore city, and
in the Circuit court for Baltimore city, from the one to the
other of those courts;

Which was read the first and by special order the second
and third times, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following:

The bill entitled, an act authorizing the Commissioners of
Washington county to guarantees the bonds of the Western
Maryland Railroad Company;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays,"

Which was read the first time and referred to the Wash-
ington county delegation.

Also, returned the bill entitled, an act to make valid and
to carry into effect the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of George Kerr, late of Baltimore county, deceased,
in favor of the Trustees of the First Presbyterian church of
Ellicott's Mills in Howard county.
