upon the following:
A bill entitled, an act to repeal sections 944 and 945 of
article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to wharves
and wharfage in the city of Baltimore, and to substitute
therefor the following section defining the powers of the
Mayor and City Council in the premises;
Which was read the first, and by special order, the second
time.
Mr. Briscoe, from the committee on the Judiciary, reported
favorably upon the bill entitled, an act to amend article 28
of the Code of Public General Laws of this State, by adding
the following thereto, enlarging the authority of the County
Commissioners of this State;
Which was read the first time.

act to provide for the payment of a sum of money to Capt.
